Urgent Need!!

...'til the cows come home

Heavy winter snows and spring ice and flooding has wreaked havoc with fence lines across North Dakota.

Check out a video of what Neighbor to Neighbor fencing project is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hJaD0JYbwqQ.

Lutheran Disaster Response ND is working collaboratively with Hands Across North Dakota partners to help producers whose fences need repair or replacement.  Miles and miles of fencing is down.  If you have a desire to help with fencing but have no experience, there are parts of the process that need your help too.

Another need is for volunteers to remove debris from pastureland and tillable fields.  Hay is ready to harvest but the debris is dangerous to the livestock and hard on the equipment.

Your help is needed!

Please call 1-800-950-2901 to volunteer or you may download this form and email it.

If you are a producer who needs help with debris cleanup or fencing, please call 1-800-950-2901 or email us today to register. [Click here to download letter to Producer with more details]

The cows are waiting...
